August 27 from 2019 - 13: 38

The cyclists Fernando Sendra and Vicente Artigues, belonging to the Pedreguer Cycling Club, together with Gema de Fez and Javier Almela, of the Montgó Cyclist Union, participated in French lands in the Super Brevet Paris-Brest-Paris, of 1.200 kilometers and a cumulative positive slope of more than 11.000 meters. To make this layout the organization grants a maximum time of 90 hours.

Slight moments of rest and thirteen step controls separated the corridors between the departure and the arrival, with four nights in between in which it was not possible to sleep but to give pedals and to see again and again dawn on the bicycle. The hardness of the test is established with the self-supply of the runners in clothing, food and others.

The test brought together more than 6.000 cyclists from all corners of the world, which generates an infinite row of bicycles that fit any type and model, from fixie to fat through gravel and even tandem. A challenge of prestige worldwide.

Fernando, Vicente and Javier managed to finish the test by barely exceeding the 89 hours while Gema had to leave at km 1.019 accused of severe pain.
