A las 12:45 hours Cristina Sellés, president of Aehtma, will moderate the round table What is the role of women in the world of gastronomy?, in which will participate Sole Ballester, head chef of the Hotel Rosa; Ana Laguna, responsible for the gastronomy project of the University of Alicante; Diana Cervera, head chef of the restaurant La Seu; MªÁngeles Piera, head of the restaurant room the Pegolí; Cristina Rodríguez, founder of the project M from Alexandria; and Mariana Giner, cook and vice president of the Associació de Restaurants de Xàbia.
A las 13:45 hours the presentation of the conclusions is foreseen, in charge of the general director of Tourism, Raquel Huete, and the councilor of agreements and collaborations of the Dénia Ciudad Creativa de la Gastronomía project, Pepa Font.
