CDL: The City Council has restarted the works of the "cover-up" collectors

19 December 2012 - 00: 00

The City of Dénia has restarted the works of the collectors in the area of the cemetery road and the Caragussos departure and, according to the CDL, has done so under the sway of the opposition and the rest of the government team.

The works, carried out by the UTE Arción and Cantera del Vértice for the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation, had an approximate budget of 10 million euros to build the Montgó primary sewage network, the Routes and its connection to the WWTP but were paralyzed in June due to complaints from the CDL and neighborhood associations that argued low quality of work, damage to the pavement, security problems and lack of payment from the Confederation.

Now, these problems add those incurred in Polygon Industrial de Dénia, as denounced by the CDL, and the poor state of the works as denounced by the neighbors: "the trenches are sinking and the pipes are filling with sand."
