Getting married in the city of Dénia be a 30 2017% cheaper

Getting married at the offices of the City of Dénia has a price. Currently, couples seeking celebrate their civil wedding in the consistory pay, Monday through Friday morning, 100 euros, and the same day in the afternoon, 150 euros. If the ceremony is held on a weekend, the parties have to pay 300 euros for the use of municipal facilities.

Looking ahead to 2017, these quantities are going to stoop to the proposal presented next Thursday in the month October plenary session, the council of finance, Paco Roselló. Specifically, from the Treasury Department proposed the reduction of 30% of civil weddings held in the town hall building, which marry each week will cost 70 euros in the morning and 105 euros afternoon; while during the weekend ceremony will cost 210 euros.

This discount will apply to ceremonies held at City Hall and not to those that take place outside municipal facilities such as hotels, restaurants or gardens. The rate of 300 euros for celebrating the wedding in the Torrecremada Gardens and the rate of 1.000 euros for getting married in the castle Denia.

This is one of many from modifications to be presented to the full this month, among which also highlights the new rate 14 euros per year for the issuance of the annual resident parking card, in anticipation of the special traffic rules that will be applied in the Les Roques neighborhood after the Les Roques Special Plan Council agreed this week that the neighborhood be granted the qualification of residential area for all purposes of municipal management in future actions.

Modification of Real Property Tax (IBI)

Thus, the new ordinance states that for buildings up to 20.000 euros of assessed value, a bonus of 60% will be levied; for those whose rateable value is between the 20.000,01 and 30.000 euros, the bonus will be the 50% and finally to property whose rateable value is between the 30.000,01 40.000 to euros, the bonus is in the 40%.

The modification of the tax ordinance also includes a bonus 2017 25% of the Tax on Construction, Installations and Works (ICIO) for constructions, installations or works relating to social housing, "a possibility contemplated in the consolidated text of the Law regulating Local Haciendas of 2004 that had not been reflected in the municipal tax ordinances to date"explained Roselló.

Major change in the rate of withdrawal of vehicle construction zone

So far, the contractor or the petitioner parking ban works, works or acts should take 40% of the cost of the fee for removal or movement of vehicles parked in the restricted area.
