The VIII Dénia Jazz Festival has begun. At last it has been possible to enjoy the long-awaited return of one of the most anticipated musical event of Dianense August. A festival that celebrates its eighth edition, with a first performance that has received a standing ovation from the public.
Carole Alston was in charge this Thursday of opening the programming of the Dénia Jazz Festival in the Torrecremada gardens. Together with musicians of the stature of double bassist Paolo Furio Marasso or Carles Pérez from Alicante, she fell in love with the 400 attendees who gathered to enjoy the experienced voice of the North American. Nobody wanted to miss it.
Next week it will be the turn of the Jessie Gordon Quartet, led by the talented Australian who shines with her vocal personality and her charisma on stage. Another concert that has generated great interest, as tickets are almost sold out.
