The project Caminis, which aims to promote the autonomy of children in the streets of Denia, has convened a new action of experimentation in the street with the aim of claiming a city with fewer cars and more suitable for children.

On Friday, June 15, this new action will be held in the parking lot after the Hotel Costa Blanca at 20:00 p.m., with the interventions of the urban geographer, specialist in public space, childhood and mobility, Pablo Avellaneda; the environmental educator, technician from the National Center for Environmental Education, María Sintes and members of the project working group who have already been working on their proposals to improve the network and the surroundings of the centers. Subsequently, the debate will begin, in order to talk among everyone about how to improve public space so that it is a safer and more community environment for children.

The evening will continue with the screening of the documentary Camí a l'escola, directed by the Frenchman Pascal Plisson, who will start at 22 hours. The documentary, sponsored by UNESCO, was nominated for best European film at the Goya 2015 Awards and won the Best Documentary Award at the César 2013 Awards.
