After several complaints to the excellent City Council of Dénia by means of a document with entry registration, notifications via the Web, agenda local21, etc; We continue without any answer or solution of the problem and we are up to the very ones!
The problem in question is the following: We have a lot in Dénia surrounded by housing developments, dirty, abandoned, without fencing and serves only to throw all kinds of garbage or owners of dogs across the street take them out to do his business (and not only on the site, but around).
As a neighborhood association we want to require the competent authorities to please act. There is a regulation of our Town Hall (Municipal Ordinance of regulation of buildings and conservation of plots and land.) That obliges the owners of lots to have them fenced, clean and in optimal conditions.
