Baleària and the University of Valencia inaugurate the Chair Baleària of Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience, a training on big data and its application to the company. The University itself, together with the School of Business Baleària (EdEB), is responsible for organizing the training activities of which this chair is composed. The first one, which begins next September 17, will expose the use of data analysis in business activities.
This first course will be called Use of data analysis in the 21st century, and will consist of five sessions. These will cover the basic concepts of data science and artificial intelligence, data culture and its influence on decision making. Commercial data analysis tools will also be explained and practical examples will be studied. Finally, we will conclude with the analysis of opportunities applied to Baleària, studying real cases of the company.
Beyond this first training, which has a duration of 20 hours, another similar course, of 80 hours of duration, will also be included within the chair, which will focus on explaining the deeper analysis of data. Apart from these two courses, there will also be three days: one on the new applications of artificial intelligence, another on practical examples of the application of AI in companies and a third, aimed at students of educational centers in Dénia, which will make a global review of the future of data and artificial intelligence.

The first of the courses will be taught between the second half of September and the first of October, during 16: 00 to 20: 00 hours in the afternoon. The participation of around 80 people, divided into two groups, is planned and will take place in the Casa de la Paraula, the conference room of the Maritime station Baleària Port.
