Last Sunday, the Falla Baix la Mar presented the parchment 2020 in the casal of C / Pont. As every year, the marine commission values an object that, in some way, will be one more memory of the Fallas exercise.
This year consists of an elegantly presented box with 8 photographs taken from the municipal archive of Dénia, chosen for its relationship with the port and the marine district, which come to summarize 100 years of our City, finding quiet “llauts”, the Cervantes Esplanade that space is disputed between palm trees and ships under construction until the development of the port, with works not only of fishing, but also of commercial and passenger transport that has made the port of Dénia a reference in the Mediterranean.
The presentation of the parchment was attended by Safir Malonda, Fallera Mayor de Dénia, accompanied by Raquel Martín, delegate of the agenda, as well as the 2020 town crier, Jaume Pérez Puig.
