Thrilling Saturday night that lived in the city of Denia with the award of the Fallas 2012. Punctual to the appointment, fees, charges, and notary Local Board took their position to hear the jury's verdict.
The most emotional moment of the night was when the notary announced that the first prize in the First Section was going to Port Rotes. Immediately the feelings surfaced and absolutely all those who met both in the Plenary Hall of the City Council and in the square emotionally remembered the president of the commission, the ill-fated Salva Sivera, and the entire square shouted in unison "Salva President". Her Fallera Mayor, Mireia Reig, could not avoid tears, and very protected by the rest of the positions, she picked up the pennant that accredited them as winners of the First Section.
The surprise was the order of the Special Awards, leaving the West in third place and giving the victory to Baix la Mar. The faces of the winners charges conveyed happiness, but not the charges of the other two committees, which were resigned to the outcome.
