Babylon School of Dance has gone to the National Final of ANAPRODE in Tarragona last 3, 4 and 5 of May. With a total of 28 first prizes that were presented in this final, Babylon has achieved 15 first prizes, 10 seconds and three third.
In the 15 first prizes, the Dianense Academy has achieved seven of them with unanimity and three with congratulations from the jury, this being the highest score that can be obtained.
Babylon participated with four of the awards with congratulations and unanimity in the International that was held on Sunday 5 in May in Tarragona. The dance school won four first prizes and two of them won a scholarship in Tel Aviv in July and a scholarship in Huesca in September.
Two of the first prizes with unanimous jury will go to the European Competition that will take place in Luxembourg next September.
Mayte Ortolá, Director of the center, has been very proud of the work of all her students. "Our students have the opportunity to enrich themselves in the culture of dance. In these competitions they see participants from other countries, other styles, meet children and learn to know how to be like dancers. It is an extra training that is very important for them, which teaches them love and respect for dance ", the Director explained excitedly.
The prolonged work of these students who have been preparing for this type of events for years has paid off.
