The Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, received in his office the young Lucía Molinés Mas, author of the design that this year illustrates the Christmas in Denia. Lucía studies 1st year of ESO at the San Juan Bautista school in Dénia and was the winner last year of the Christmas card contest organized by the town hall. Lucía's design was so popular that it has also been used to illustrate the 2016 Christmas campaign.
In the official reception, which Lucia came accompanied by their parents, the mayor congratulated the young for their work and presented him with a replica of the Christmas greeting City Hall in support foam board and a CD case with tenor Cortis recordings edited 125 occasion of the birth anniversary of Dianense tenor.
On Tuesday December 20, at 18 hours, will be the awards ceremony this year in the auditorium of the school Llebeig. At this event the contest prizes will be delivered in schools nativity scenes.
