Robbers attacked last Wednesday morning the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption in Dénia, in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, taking donations that the faithful had deposited in recent days and part of the proceeds from the dinner hunger that It held a few days before the benefit of Manos Unidas.
Apparently the assailants entered the church through the back overlooking the Plaza del Consell, also causing significant material damage. In addition to raising the Hunger Supper and donations, an amount that has not been accounted for, they took with them two computers in their path.
