A new edition of the training course for drivers of mopeds is being launched by the Local Police of Denia

El XVI Moped driver training course Organized by the Department of Road Education of the Local Police of Dénia and coordinates the agent Manuel Moreno Mas began last week. Until the next 20 in July, a total of 27 young people between 14 and 16 years will receive theoretical training in the multipurpose classroom Llebeig that will combine with practical classes taught by driving schools Vip, Guillem, Victor, Juanvi, Easier and V Of Victoria, collaborators of the course.

In addition to the theoretical classes offered by the agent Moreno, the students will hold a theoretical and practical first aid session thanks to the collaboration of Mª Carmen Requena Cases and several monitors of the Local Assembly of the Red Cross of Denia.

Pedro Castells Ruano, a member of the Provincial Association of Autoescuelas de Alicante, will give a session regarding the withdrawal of the points permit and the active and passive safety of the moped.

As in previous editions, Salvador Climent Olmedo, from the spinal cord injury association ASPAYM, will give a special class within the awareness program.

Finally, Juan José Sala Soler, technician of the Unit for Community Prevention in Addictive Behaviors of Denia (UPCCA), will offer a session on the effects of alcohol, drugs and drugs on driving and will also address the consequences of addiction to the use of the phone mobile.
