Neighbors and visitors to the center of Dénia have had a good scare early on Friday afternoon. The smoke and a strong smell of burning has seized the heart of Dénia for several minutes.
The engine of a van apparently running has started to burn in Calle Pintor Victoria with Temple de Sant Telm. The driver has abandoned the vehicle at the entrance of the parking lot of a famous supermarket in the area.
A team of firefighters has traveled to the place to put out flames that have completely devoured the nose of the van. Fortunately, these have not affected other vehicles or buildings on the site.
