Aprosdeco receives 3.000 euros from Bankia for the renovation of one of its supervised homes

The Dianense NGO APROSDECO has recently received financial support from 3.000 euros from Bankia, which has been used to renovate a bathroom and purchase furniture from one of the sheltered homes owned by the association in Dénia.

Under the title We renew the sheltered housing, this contribution is part of its program Red Solidaria, whereby their offices support a nearby social project, which they choose at the beginning of the year, if they manage to achieve their business objectives throughout the year.

Thanks to the improvements made in the home, accessibility is facilitated in the use of the facilities of the house, which will allow its users to maintain their current levels of autonomy.

Sheltered homes of APROSDECO

The sheltered housing I and II are located in the center of the urban helmet of the municipality, an area very accessible to all the resources and community services favoring its location, enormously, the socio-community integration.

This resource, in which 6 women and 6 live together in each of the homes, offers a way of life integrated into the community within a personalized attention model, which seeks the best welfare of users and users in a climate family, participatory and oriented to autonomy.

This service runs throughout the year without interruption and is complemented by the care provided in the Occupational Center, Special Employment Center: APROSDECO Industrial Laundry, Special Education Centers, etc.
