Natural Vision Workshop
Currently, our eyes are the ones that are most affected by the continuous use of screens. These invade most of the hours of the day of many, so it is essential to have the right knowledge so as not to damage our vision.
Under the premise of caring for our eyesight and helping it function efficiently and healthily, without fatigue or effort, the ophthalmologist Amelia Salvador, will give those attending this workshop a series of guidelines to learn how to correct their eyesight naturally.
