This summer is being quite "particular" with the swimming tests that are organized in Dénia. A week ago the swim crossing of "Sant Roc", which is organized by the Mayorales de Sant Roc and the same has happened with the "La Mar de Dénia" swim crossing event organized by the Centro Deportivo Dénia and the Sports Consortium Marina Alta.
Test organization told us that the reasons for postponement of the trial are forecast sea state they have. Apparently the State to present the sea on Sunday 9 August, the day set for the holding of the test are not the most desirable to be made.
This has forced the organization of the event to make the decision to suspend the test. It must be remembered that this was the second test scheduled for the III Marina Alta Open Water Circuit. The organization will communicate the date for the dispute of this test when it obtains the corresponding permits.
The Sant Roc crossing organized by CLUB NATACIÓ DÉNIA jointly with the majors of Sant Roc. This journey takes 5 years to be organized in equal parts.
