The fallero Antonio Vargas Zurita has been chosen to pronounce the proclamation of the failures of Dénia with which they will start, officially, the Fallas parties next Saturday, 2 March.

The announcement came on the evening of Tuesday night, before the conclusion of the Jocs Fallers final at the headquarters of the Local Board Fallera of Dénia, in which were present the charges of the failures of Dénia and the major falleras, Amparo Petrie and Neus Suárez.

Vargas began his career in the world of faults in 1980 as a member of the Les Roques fails, to which he belonged for five years. But if a fault is linked it is to the West fails, to which he belongs uninterrupted since the year 1993.

In this commission he has been a lottery delegate for five years, a treasurer for one year, he was a child delegate for two years, and for 13 he has been a delegate in the Local Board of Fallera of Dénia.

In the 2003-2004 exercise he served as president of the fault and years later, in the 2008 year, he created the Falla Oeste Cultural Association, of which he has been president for four years. Vargas received in 2015 the distinction of Bunyol d'Or fulles de llorer i brillants from the Local Fallera Board of Dénia and the Central Board Fallera de València.

Little wanted to advance the preacher of what will be his speech, which faces with enthusiasm and a lot of responsibility. He only advanced that his intention is that "Denia's faults have a voice".
