Mathematics remains an important objective for the teaching staff of the school Paidos. Proof of this is the participation of their students in different contests related to mathematics in recent weeks.
The students of third and fourth course of the ESO moved to the headquarters of the Polytechnic University of Gandía to take part in the tests Kangaroo, which are held simultaneously in different venues and attended by students from throughout the Region of Valencia.
On the other hand, on Saturday, a group of students from Sixth of Primary and First and Second Secondary came to l'Alfàs del Pi to participate in the district phase of the Mathematical Olympiad. It is an educational contest that aims to encourage positive attitude and interest of students towards the study of mathematics.
Interesting educational experiences for all participants, who learn to enjoy mathematics beyond the results obtained.
