Marist College students and Inma Serrano sing for Africa

Music has no borders, and as a result is able to get from any corner of the planet to the depths of this world instead. And music is also a balm full of messages that can help us understand realities that are far away.

Students of the Marist College of Dénia have experienced first Thursday during the presentation of the record-book Drums Speak has launched the NGO SED (Solidarity, Education and Development). In it, a total of 21 national music artists have the letters of the Marist Brother Aureliano Garcia, a missionary in Ivory Coast for eight years.

One of the artists involved in the project has been the singer Inma Serrano, known for topics such as Siren sings o Thanks to life. The singer spoke of this project Dénia hundreds of children who packed the Social Center, they were enraptured by the sweet voice of this artist, who also played her best known.

In addition, several college students had the opportunity to share the stage with the Alicante singer, who sang one of the songs on the album and also sing African children.

The director of the NGO SED, Javier Salazar, spoke about the essence of Drums Speak, Which aims to bring the word of Africa to every corner of our country.
