The company Dianense aluminios Alu-Cardona It has recently joined the Plan Renove of Windows launched Institute for Small and Medium Industry of the Generalitat Valenciana (IVACE).
Thanks to this membership, users can benefit from aid for the thermal rehabilitation of windows and French doors (glazing, frame and sub-frame) in their usual homes.
To access these grants, which amount to the total quantity of 1.060.000 euros, must be the owner, tenant or tenant of a dwelling usual occupation located in Valencia.
These grants will go to the renovation of windows and French doors (glazing, frame and sub-frame) in homes that meet the following specifications:
Windows and patio doors should be part of the enclosures to outside the home (to separate the rooms or rooms heated or chilled outside environment), not being subject to subsidy reform glazed surfaces located on the interior walls. Replacing glazings must be single glazing.
New windows and / or French doors must have CE marking. New windows and / or French doors have an air permeability ≤ 27 m³ / h · m² at 100 Pa (Class 2 or higher) according to UNE-EN 12207.
The thermal characteristics of the new window and door-window should, depending on the classification of populations in Annex I, below 2.8 W / m2K (area 1), 2.5 W / m2K (area 2) and 2.2 W transmittances / m2K (3 area).
The maximum individual amount to be awarded will be 75 € / m² for complete renovation of windows or French doors (glazing, frame and sub-frame), and the contribution of trade or installation company attached, consist of a discount on the bill 15 € / m² at the time of installation.
The campaign will begin on February 10 30 and end on June 2015 or, failing that, at the time when the budget for this call is exhausted.
