From the 22 to the 24 of January the international gastronomic congress is celebrated Madrid Fusion, which Dénia will attend with an individual stand located in the area of the national gastronomic platform Taste Spain, to which he belongs for three years, together with ten other destinations.
For this year, Dénia will have the collaboration of the chefs of La Setla restaurant, Ximo Salvá and Miguel Frutos, in the Top Road that Taste Spain has organized for Tuesday 23 of January in the congress. For the occasion, the chefs will prepare a rosquilleta of coca paste with semi-salted bonito, roasted peppers, avocado, asadillo, black esgarrat cream and garlic and a "zumbao" or steamed Japanese flour bun with creamy filling from there i pebre and smoked eel.
