You know better than anyone what Dénia needs. Therefore, now you have the opportunity to improve it by making proposals: banks, signs, street lamps, parks, and everything that affects people's well-being and life. Dénia City Council allocates 250.000 euros for citizens to decide how to improve neighborhoods during 2020, and also to carry out a global city project. You have until October 31 to make your proposal.
What can be proposed?
All the improvements that you consider and that are related to urban furniture, with public spaces, and in short, with which the life in Dénia is more pleasant. They must be proposals in which the City Council has powers, and must be viable, concrete and economically valuable.
Where are the proposals made?
There are 3 tracks to propose changes and improvements:
Who can make proposals?
Anyone who has good ideas to improve Dénia can make proposals, regardless of age. Just consider using a single form per proposal. Remember, the deadline for making proposals ends the October 31.
And what happens next? The voting period
The proposals will be valued, and then a new phase will begin in which citizens will vote the ones they consider most important. All persons older than 16 registered in Dénia before the 1 of January 2019 may vote, and also all persons over 18 years who have property in Dénia, even if they are not registered. To do this, consult the necessary documentation.
You can vote again in three ways:
Voting will take place from 2 to December 16.
The most voted proposals will be part of Dénia's budgets for the year 2020, and will be included in the Town Hall's calendar of actions. The progress of the improvements will be reported periodically so that citizens know it.
