Next Sunday, August 3, the Puerto Deportivo Marina Dénia, will host the "I Dénia City Aquathlon". The registration period to participate in this test is now open and can be done through the page of the Triathlon Federation of the Valencian Community.
The test will begin at 9 morning. It will begin with a walking tour of 2,8 kilometers, to continue 1 kilometer swim and end with 2,6 kilometers on foot. The federated registration has a cost of EUR 18 and 28 unfederated euros.
The first section runs along a promenade parallel to the sea and along those of Marina de Dénia. The swimming section will be in the bay of the Marineta Beach Casiana. Swim test will consist of two laps to make a triangle formed by 3 buoys.
After leaving the water, the participant must run walk the last 2.600 meters along the bay that forms along the beach of Marineta Casiana, continuing 200 meters up to the Bar Helios This is a completely flat test except two very short ramps.
The test will have a maximum quota of participants and is not 500 scoring for the ranking of Valencia, however be monitored and controlled through staff Triathlon Federation of Valencia.
